Breakfast with Santa Held at Crowne Plaza Hotel 

On Sun. Crowne Plaza Hotel, Cherry Hill, NJ, opened their ballroom doors at 9 a.m. to those who wanted to attend breakfast with Santa. The event was decorated in fully with Christmas decorations and hosted for two and a half hours. To the far left of the ballroom there’s was a section decorated for Santa Claus. It contained a chair for Santa, Christmas trees surrounding the chair, and elves.

When you walked in children were welcomed to an arts and craft station to their right hand side. The arts and craft station consisted of children creating their own ornaments from scratch with the help from the Front Desk Manager and the Sales Manager. Families were welcomed to a pancake station, omelette station, pastry station, and a table that consisted of breakfast foods such as potatoes, turkey sausage, pork sausage, eggs, and oatmeal.

Jackie Lugo, employee at Crowne Plaza stated, “It’s a great thing we do hear for other families and my kids love attending every year.”

When breakfast with Santa came to an end managers in the Sales Department passed out Christmas bags that contained candy and a fugit spinner. Crowne Plaza hosts a breakfast with Santa the first Sun. in Dec. every year so if you missed year don’t worry you’ll be able to attend next year.

Crowne Plaza’s Annual Holiday Party for Employees

As we enter the new year employees at Crowne Plaza, Cherry Hill, NJ, will gather together Jan. 5 for their annual holiday party. The holiday party will begin at 7pm and end approximately at 10pm. Employees are welcomed to a catered meal along with one alcoholic beverage. During the holiday party each employee will receive a ticket to participate in a raffle. The purpose of the raffle is to give employees an opportunity to win an appliance. “Last year one employee left with a 44 inch TV.” said Miguel Marrero, Director of Operations. “The holiday party is a chance for all employees to enjoy themselves as a family while leaving work issues behind. We all come together and have a great time.” Marrero added.

Not only does the holiday party offer appliances they also acknowledge their employees. The make sure to award those who are hard workers and those who have received a promotion. It’s a day of celebration for Crowne Plaza’s employees.

Monster Mania opened to all monster lovers in March and June at Crowne Plaza Hotel

March 9, 2018 Crowne Plaza Hotel, Cherry Hill, NJ, will be opening their doors for a 3 day experience to attend Monster Mania. This event is a known event that takes place twice a year, March and June. Monster Mania is an event that is hosted for people to come meet some of their favorite horror actors, to purchase masks and equipment from specific horror movies, contest, and so much more. Monster Mania has been known to have special appearances from George P. Wilbur (actor who played Michael Myers), Max Thieriot (actor from Bates Motel), Sarah Michelle Gellar (actress from Buffy), and so many more.

This year Monster Mania will have guest from the new IT movie, Tony Todd actor from Candyman, Andrew McCarthy, and so many more. You can check out their website http://monstermania.net where they provide more information in detail.

Director of Operations, Miguel Marrero stated, “ Monster Mania is an event the hotel looks forward to having. We are always sold out prior to the event and it gets really hectic in the lobby. There are so many cool things to see and it’s definitely another world with all the monsters walking around.”
